So you have insured your premises, your stock, your vehicles etc. They are all very important assets but what about the individuals who are key to the success of your business? It is often said that people are the most important assets so take a moment to consider the impact of the following:

• What if your top salesperson were to die? How would the income he or she brings to the business be replaced?
• What if your technical specialist was to become critically ill and was unable to work? Does anybody else have that skill and expertise within the business?
