April 2010 saw the launch of Real-Time Life Assurance, Critical Illness and Mortgage Protection Insurance quotations being available on our web-site. Steven Clemence who runs our Financial Planning Department wanted our customers to be a position to check out the costs for themselves, selecting from most of the major product providers.  Steven, as a Chartered Financial Planner, is on hand for any customer who wants to take out some cover. If a customer submits an enquiry, Steven will be in contact to give expert advice and guidance. Straightforward cases can be arranged almost immediately, the only delay will be in making sure our customers get the right advice.
 
Steve commented "In the modern world a lot of our customers want to browse and shop at their own leisure before committing themselves to speaking to someone about their enquiry. It might be a quick look to see if an existing policy is competitively priced or to see if other providers can offer the same cover at a lower cost."
 
Steven's advice is to be careful and to take professional advice "You should always seek advice to make sure any new insurance is the right one for you and you should never cancel existing cover until a proper comparison has been made and the new cover is in place."
