Keith is an Associate Director of T H March and joined the company in 1982, he is based in Birmingham, where he manages the office team and is responsible for the development and servicing of clients in the Midlands area

Keith is both a Chartered Insurance Broker and Chartered Secretary and has a post graduate diploma in Professional Administration.

Keith has been involved in the Insurance industry all his working life and prior to joining T H March spent 17 years with the Eagle Star Group in underwriting, sales and management roles.

John is based in Yelverton and is responsible for running the Personal Insurances side of the business.

He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1992 and was made a Chartered Insurance Broker in 2001.

Prior to joining TH March in 1982, John spent five years with the Phoenix Assurance Company as a Commercial and later Personal Lines Underwriter.

Karen is Manager of the Company's largest Sales Office in Sevenoaks, responsible for making sure that everything runs smoothly.

She joined TH March in 1977 and spent 8 years in the Jewellers Block Department. She then left to work for C E Heath & Co as an Account Handler and then Fielding Seaton and Jones to run their Jewellers Block /Art Dealers Departments, including broking in Lloyds.

Karen returned to TH March in 1990 to assist with the running of the Sevenoaks Office and became Associate Director in 1999. She holds the Insurance Foundation Certificate.

With over 30 years at T H March, Gareth is an Associate Director and works at the National Administration Centre, Yelverton.

Holding a Diploma in Insurance, Gareth oversees the broking of the firm's general commercial insurance account.

In addition, he also carries out a compliance role supporting the Board to ensure that the firm meets it's regulatory commitments.

Richard is an Associate Director managing T H March's Glasgow office, responsible for a portfolio including clients in Scotland, Northern England, Northern Ireland and Eire.

After completing his degree in Business Management, Richard joined Stenhouse/Aon where he worked in the Technical Audit Department, gaining his ACII, prior to joining T H March in 1989.

As part of his ongoing Professional Development, Richard successfully attained Chartered Insurance Broker status and the FCII distinction before going on to complete an MSc in Risk Management & Insurance at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Lee is the Associate Director responsible for Manchester office which looks after our clients in the north of England.

He has been in the insurance industry since 1974 and started broking at Sedgwick, firstly in the motor dept then the fire and accident dept. He then moved to Reed Stenhouse working with major commercial clients.

He has been with T H March since 1985.
