Positive changes at TH March

TH March are pleased to announce changes to the TH March Group Board with effect from the 1st July 2018.

Simon Dawe has joined the TH March Group board as Sales Director. The skill sets Simon has brought to his previous roles, originally in Commercial in our Plymouth office and latterly as a successful Regional Director in our Birmingham office, will equip him well to drive forward account management countrywide, developing and enhancing the sales team accordingly and engendering a positive attitude to growing branch revenues from whatever class of business.

Richard D’Agostino has also joined as a Main Board Director with principal responsibility for product development, liaising with the rest of the TH March Group Board and the marketing teams, to refresh and continually adapt our offerings of both existing products and newer enterprises. Richard has had great success in his previous role in our Glasgow office, adapting his approach when tough times have hit the core business, by replacing and innovating product offerings. Richard’s input will be key to the TH March Group moving forward with new offerings as the world around us creates new demands and needs and products from our customers.

Finally and not least Neil McFarlane, will be appointed TH March Group CEO. Neil will lead the TH March Group strategically and tactically, focussing on the high level business demands of taking the business forward when financial services are being transformed on an almost daily basis both by digital disruptors, regulatory pressures and ongoing adaptive competition.
