Flooding can very easily affect YOU!

Right now the Met office has issued amber and yellow weather warnings for England and Scotland. This is due to continuing and significant rainfall. The advice is that this severe weather could cause travel disruption and flooding. We could all be affected – so it is sensible to be prepared.

Flooding:
If your home or business is in an area that is at risk of flooding it is wise to make certain you have access to news and information that could help you to prepare in order to minimise the potentially devastating impact a flood can cause.

Remember; you don’t need to be near a river, canal or stream to be affected – drainage systems in the road outside your home or business premises are vulnerable to the knock-on effect of flooding. Water will always find a way!
