Congratulations to our March Star Winners for July

The March Star Award acknowledges and recognises staff for their hard work and those who go above and beyond to help out their colleagues, Line Managers and clients! They are nominated by staff for staff!

Sally Leigh, Senior Administrative Assistant, Manchester Office

Sally joined THM in 2000 as a Senior Administrative Assistant in our Manchester Office. Sally has been nominated several times this month by her colleagues.

On the 14th August Sally actually celebrates her 20 year anniversary at TH March!

Here’s what some of her colleagues had to say:

“Sally has been excellent since lockdown in keeping the office going. Sally has been taking all calls coming in, plus dealing with the administration duties and has adapted to the changes very well. She has been a credit to the Manchester office.”

“Sally has been fantastic over lockdown she has adapted so well and she is always so eager to help you in every situation. The back bone of the Manchester office.”

“I would like to nominate Sally Leigh – who has been outstanding throughout the difficult lockdown period. Sally has provided excellent support and gone above and beyond whenever required. She is always willing to help in what at times have been challenging circumstances.”

 

Jade McDermott, Claims Handler, National Service Centre

Jade joined THM in September 2015 as an Apprentice in the Personal Insurances Team. By September 2016 Jade had completed the Business Administration Apprenticeship and was offered a permanent position in TH March as a Personal Insurances Account Handler.

Jade then quickly completed the Certificate in Insurance qualification and in August 2018 transferred across into the Claims Team and she is now studying towards the Diploma in Insurance.

Lisa Quiterio, March Guard Account Handler, National Service Centre

Lisa joined THM in November 2007 as an Office Assistant. In February 2012 Lisa moved into the March Guard Team and she has recently completed the Certificate in Insurance qualification. Lisa has received multiple nominations from her colleagues this month.
