Daniela Sardu, Commercial Insurances Account Handler, National Service Centre

Daniela joined the THM Commercial Insurance Department as an Account Handler in July 2018 and in between looking after her horse and doing her own home refurb she is studying towards the Diploma in Insurance qualification.

Daniela provides support to colleagues up and down the UK, in addition to looking after clients closer to home. To provide the best advice, she needs to understand that particular client and what risks they face when running their business and provide the appropriate guidance.

Dani is always willing to help, hence the recognition of a March Star from her colleagues.

Here’s what some of her colleagues had to say:

“Dani has a great, helpful attitude and is really willing to go above and beyond to get something done properly and assist her colleagues and deliver for the client. Really appreciate her!”

“I’d like to nominate Dani Sardu, Dani does an awful lot of work behind the scenes without seeking recognition from others or by telling people that she is doing it. Since we have been WFH Dani has not only missed being around fellow staff members she has also been living on her own so well and truly locked down…”
Well Done Dani!

“Dani is an exceptional team player. She has been especially helpful whilst in lockdown, always willing to help others in the team and throughout all the offices. She has excelled in IT, becoming the Commercial 365 guru when we have had issues. Always a cheerful voice at the end of a phone and all this whilst working in complete isolation.”

Congratulations to our March Star Winners for August!
