“I have found that nothing is too much trouble for Alex and he is always willing to help out and find solutions. Keep up the good work, Alex”

“He’s brilliant. Such an asset to the THM team. Not for the first time, he not only helped to quickly and painlessly resolve an issue he was also incredibly proactive and anticipated other related possible problems which he raised and talked through with me. He’s very patient without being patronising, and always seems to be looking for solutions. So quick to act on stuff too. An absolute star, thanks Alex!”
