Megan joined THM in June 2021. Megan is AAT Level 3 qualified and this is the first time she has been nominated for a March Star – Congratulations Megan!

She enjoys sailing and spending time with her puppy, Skipper. She has been recognised this month by her colleagues for demonstrating TH March Values!

Emily Conybeare, Team Leader, Personal Insurances, National Service Centre

Emily joined THM as an Apprentice in September 2017. She quickly completed her Apprenticeship in Business Admin Level 2 and in 2018 won the Plymouth & Cornwall Insurance Institute Young Achiever Award!

Emily completed her Certificate in Insurance in 2019 and then completed the Diploma in Insurance in 2021. Emily enjoys going paddle boarding and spending time at the beach, and loves pasta & pizza. She has been recognised this month by her colleagues for demonstrating TH March Values!
