Kay Slater, Account Handler, Personal Insurances Team, National Service Centre

Kay joined THM in August 2021 and works in the Personal Insurances Team as an Account Handler. This is the first time she has been nominated for a March Star – Congratulations Kay! She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, surfing and spoiling her spaniel, Tetley! 🐶 She has been recognised this month by her colleagues for demonstrating TH March Values!

Louise also joined THM in August 2021 and is currently undertaking a Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship. Louise’s role requires her to be super organised and she spends her time shared between various departments. Louise enjoys going out with her friends, good food and watching movies 🎥
