As an employee-owned business, initiatives like this reflect our belief in shared responsibility and collective impact. When employees have a genuine stake in the business, it naturally strengthens our commitment to the communities we serve.
Our ESV scheme provides each colleague with one paid day per year (or two half days) to volunteer. Activities can range from trying something completely new to supporting local causes with specialist skills and expertise, helping organisations that may not otherwise have access to this kind of support.
By encouraging volunteering during work time, we’re able to give back in a meaningful way while reinforcing the values that sit at the heart of our employee-owned culture: collaboration, contribution and community impact.
