Payment Options During COVID-19

All our offices (excluding London) have re-opened and some staff will continue to work from home. We would recommend paying your insurance premiums by electronic means rather than cheque and have various methods of payment below. Should you experience any difficulties in paying your premium due to the pandemic, please contact us to discuss this.

For Personal Insurance Customers

You can pay your insurance premium through a wide range of payment options, including credit or debit card, bank transfer, annual direct debit, or by instalment spread over up to 10 months by means of a credit agreement provided by Premium Credit Limited.

For Jewellers’ Block and Commercial Insurance Clients

Business customers can pay their invoices by bank transfer.

We do appreciate, however, that these are difficult times for all and, if you would find it easier to spread your payments, this can be done over up to 10 months by means of a credit agreement provided by Premium Credit Limited.

For GBP/Pound Sterling bank transfers, our bank details are as follows:
