How do I notify you of a bereavement?

We are very sorry for your loss. We know that dealing with the death of a family member is a very difficult time.

We recommend in the first instance you speak to our team on 01822 668000.  We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (excluding bank holidays).  A member of the team will talk you through the process and answer any questions you have. Depending on the circumstances we may require a copy of the death certificate, Power of Attorney, details of the Executors, where the jewellery is going to be kept and the intention for the jewellery – for example if it will be kept, sold or gifted.
