The March Star Award acknowledges and recognises staff for their hard work and those who go above and beyond to help out their colleagues, Line Managers and clients! They are nominated by staff for staff!

Serena Steele-Thomas, Account Handler, Birmingham Office
Serena joined the THM Birmingham office in May 2014 as a Trainee Account Handler. Serena is a Wellbeing Champion, a First Aider and a helpful, smiley face in the Birmingham Team.
Serena has two daughters who keep her very busy, they like to go for long walks and watch movies. Serena enjoys music, theatre, cooking and is interested in Pilates, self help, crafts, organisation and Gin!
Serena has been nominated by her colleagues for a March Star Award for October.

“The last 6 months have been a challenge for everyone and I feel that all staff need to be recognised for all their hard work and sacrifices they have made over the last 6 months. I could not be prouder of all of the Birmingham Team and therefore will be nominating all of them. to single out just one of the Team would be an injustice to all within the Team who have struggled under extremely challenging conditions to achieve great results.”
“I would like to nominate my colleagues in Birmingham for their willingness to help and much appreciated assistance with our processing during recent holidays. To single someone out would be unfair as I am unsure of everyone involved, They were brilliant throughout and it was very much appreciated by all of us in Manchester.”

Audrey Smith, Secretary/Personal Assistant, Glasgow Office
Audrey joined THM back in August 1990 and works as a Secretary/PA in the Glasgow Office. Audrey is also a Wellbeing Champion and the office first aider.Audrey is Mum to Gemma and Ryan and enjoys baking, walking and trying out all sorts of crafts with the children. Their favourites at the moment are crystal art kits and building 3D paper models/Lego models!
