Before you go, if you are changing to a different provider, have you:

    Your March Plus policy has zero excess, and in the event of a claim makes the whole process very simple for you. We pay the jeweller direct with no need for you to pay an excess.

  • Checked your new cover limits?

    Please check the limits on your new insurance policy for the total amount of jewellery/watches covered as well as maximum cover for individual items. Did you know that we also arrange home insurance, designed to also cover valuables, including jewellery & watches?

  • Been told how your new insurance replaces your precious items?

    If you have to make a claim, you will speak to the same person throughout your claim.  Our claims service is run by highly experienced staff who use a very straightforward and streamlined claims process, and we don’t just give you a voucher restricting you to certain jewellery retailers like other insurance policies that cover jewellery and watches.  All you need to do is choose the replacement item or make arrangements for repair, with the jeweller of your choice wherever possible.  We pay the jeweller direct with no need for you to pay any excess.

  • Checked the cover for your item when it is not at home?

    Our standard policy provides cover for accidental loss, accidental damage and theft including if you take it anywhere in the world for up to 60 days.
