During office hours you can obtain advice or submit a claim by ringing us on 01822 668 000. Please contact TH March as soon as possible if you wish to make a claim.
If you have experienced any form of damage, you should take appropriate steps to minimise/prevent any further damage occurring. Temporary repairs to damage may be effected if necessary if this will help prevent further damage.
If you have suffered a theft or loss, please ensure this is reported to the police and, in the case of any losses, please also check with any places you may have visited where the item may have been lost.
If you need to talk to someone when we are not here, you have round the clock access to a range of services designed to help you obtain emergency assistance in the event of loss or damage to your home, its contents or if you need legal advice.
