How to make a claim


  • Complete the claims notification form below which will notify TH March that you will be submitting a claim.
  • After submitting the form download a claim form, which you should complete in full and print off. An email from TH March will also be sent to you containing the link to download a claim form.
  • Next take it into any branch of Beaverbrooks (it does not need to be the branch from which the item was purchased), taking your insurance documentation with you.
  • Beaverbrooks will work out the cost of replacement where appropriate and forward the paperwork to the insurers for processing. For a damaged item, Beaverbrooks will first need to obtain a repair estimate for submission to the insurer for approval.
  • If an insured loss has taken place, the claim will be agreed and instructions sent to Beaverbrooks Head Office who will send a settlement voucher to the address supplied by the claimant on the completed claim form.
  • The voucher and its attached letter can then be taken to your selected branch of Beaverbrooks along with another form of identification, to exchange for the repaired or replacement item.

A response to your claim will be normally be provided within 10 days of Beaverbrooks receiving your completed claim form.
