Typically, our interviews are quite informal and will involve us sharing information with you about the role and the team you will be joining. We will ask competency-based questions. This means we’ll ask you to talk about a scenario so we can understand whether you have the right skills to take the position on. Make sure you tell us what the situation was, as well as the action that you took and what happened as a result.
You may also be asked to complete a basic technical competency test, if deemed appropriate, but don’t worry, it won’t be too hard!
We tend to run a two-stage selection process. If successful at first interview, you will be invited back for a second stage interview so we can learn even more about you!
