Preparing for your interview 

  • Learn as much as you can about TH March Group. We want to know you’re passionate about what we do and keen to be part of it. Impress us with your knowledge by reading up on our website and view Our History.
  • Have a look at our Company Vision, Mission and Values – do they align with what you are looking for in an employer? We certainly hope so!
  • Take a look back at your career history. What have you learnt? What are the highlights? What skills are relevant to the role you are applying for? Make sure you can talk confidently about your experience and your achievements when we ask.
  • Research what’s involved in the position. If you haven’t received one, download a Job Description from our Job Vacancies page or ask the HR Team for one. List the skills we’re looking for and think of specific relevant examples you can refer to from your experience. Get ready to share these with us so we can see what a good match you are.
  • You will be asked to complete an application form before your interview. You can download this from the Job Vacancies page or you can complete the application form online.
  • Think of questions you might like to ask us. Get the answers you need to know to see whether the role is right for you – and whether TH March is the right place for your future. It’s important you are able to make the right decision, should you be successful at interview and receive a job offer.

Know what to expect

Typically, our interviews are quite informal and will involve us sharing information with you about the role and the team you will be joining. We will ask competency-based questions. This means we’ll ask you to talk about a scenario so we can understand whether you have the right skills to take the position on. Make sure you tell us what the situation was, as well as the action that you took and what happened as a result.

You may also be asked to complete a basic technical competency test, if deemed appropriate, but don’t worry, it won’t be too hard!

We tend to run a two-stage selection process. If successful at first interview, you will be invited back for a second stage interview so we can learn even more about you!
