The March Star Award acknowledges and recognises staff for their hard work, going above and beyond and for fulfilling the TH March Values.
Chloe joined THM in November 2020 as an Apprentice within the Personal Insurances Team, completing Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, quickly followed by the Certificate in Insurance. 👩🎓 Chloe joined the Commercial Team in November 2024.
She is a proud mum to a 7-year-old daughter and a playful pup 🐶, soon to be heading off on maternity leave – “because clearly my hands aren’t quite full enough!”

Cornelia joined THM in April 2002 and is Cert CII qualified. 👩🎓
Being very detail focussed, Cornelia says she enjoys helping find solutions and putting her heart into what she does. She adores animals and nature, and likes to work but also relax and to be a bit creative. 🐝 🐈
