TH March has been recognised with a Silver Award in the Wellbeing at Work Awards, highlighting its commitment to employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture. The accolade recognises the company’s focus on creating a supportive, inclusive, and health-conscious environment for staff.
The Wellbeing at Work Awards celebrate organisations that embed health, mental wellbeing, and supportive practices into everyday operations. Achieving Silver builds on TH March’s ongoing success in employee engagement and workplace culture.
Jo Morgan, Regional Director – HR, TH March said:“Since establishing the Wellbeing Committee in 2019, engagement has grown enormously. We now have full companywide representation and 18 trained Mental Health First Aiders. After previously achieving Bronze, this Silver Award reflects how far we’ve come. Alongside our ‘Menopause Matters Group‘ and raising awareness in Mental Health, Musculoskeletal Health, Physical Activity, Healthy Eating, and Healthier Weight, these programmes ensure our staff feel supported, empowered, and able to prioritise their wellbeing every day.”
Jenny Warr, PA to Finance Director and Wellbeing Committee member, TH March, added:“The team works incredibly well together, choosing awareness days and creating activities to support colleagues’ health and wellbeing. After being delighted with our previous Bronze Award, achieving Silver is an even greater recognition of our collective efforts, and I’m excited to explore even more ways to help our colleagues thrive.”
Simon Dawe, Managing Director, TH March said:“Our people make TH March special. This Silver Award reflects our belief that a supportive, inclusive environment not only strengthens our culture but also enhances the service we deliver to clients every day. I’m proud of everyone involved and the dedication they show in championing wellbeing across the company.”
Jennifer Jenkins, Specialist Health Improvement Practitioner at Livewell Southwest, commented:“It’s amazing to see the health and wellbeing initiatives, policies, and processes you have in place to support staff.”
TH March’s initiatives include a Wellbeing Committee with champions in every office, Mental Health First Aid training, wellness events, and programmes promoting healthy lifestyles and positive working relationships. As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), staff have a real stake in the business, making wellbeing and engagement a shared priority.
The Silver Award adds to TH March’s growing portfolio of workplace culture accolades, reflecting a people-first approach where employees drive the company forward.
