The March Star Award acknowledges and recognises staff for their hard work, going above and beyond and for fulfilling the TH March Values.
James joined TH March in November 1999 within the Commercial department, moving to the Sevenoaks office in 2009 and returning to Devon in 2019.In April 2024, James was promoted to Associate Director- JB Policy Specialist and is working closely with many colleagues to streamline processes and documentation within the Jewellers Block area of the business.In his spare time, James enjoys family adventures in Cornwall, paddleboarding, clay shooting and cooking. 🏄🧑🍳⭐ This is the third time James has won a March Star Award ⭐

Lorraine joined TH March in September 2011 within Personal Insurances, progressing to the Household Team in 2012.She became Team Leader in March 2022 and is also Cert CII qualified. 🧑🎓
She enjoys being part of such a busy and hard-working team. Outside of work Lorraine enjoys time with her nieces and nephew, holidays in the sunshine and has a love of singing. ☀️🎤
