Charlotte joined TH March in 2013 as an apprentice and has built extensive experience across personal lines insurance and claims. After progressing into the Claims team in 2015, she was appointed Claims Manager in 2022 before joining the Regional Development Manager team in 2025. Drawing on her specialist claims expertise, Charlotte takes a client-focused approach to helping businesses protect what matters most, supporting profitable growth while delivering positive outcomes and trusted advice for clients.
Dip CII
Damian manages a portfolio of commercial and Jewellers' Block clients across the Southwest, while also supporting business development initiatives alongside the wider Regional Development Manager team. Having started his insurance career in 1998, he has built extensive experience across both personal and commercial insurance, managing teams specialising in motor, household, travel and commercial lines. Originally beginning his career in Nottingham, Damian relocated to Devon over 15 years ago and continues to use his broad industry knowledge to support clients across the region.
Mark began his insurance career in 2008 as a Commercial New Business Account Executive before joining TH March in 2012 as an Account Handler. Since then, he has progressed through a number of roles, becoming an Account Executive in 2016 before being appointed Regional Development Manager for the Sevenoaks office in 2024. Alongside achieving both his Certificate and Diploma in Insurance (CII), Mark has developed extensive expertise in commercial and Jewellers' Block insurance, leading the Sevenoaks team while supporting clients with tailored insurance solutions.
Liam began his insurance career in 2002, gaining valuable experience across a variety of personal insurance roles before joining TH March in 2012 as an Account Executive. Following promotions to Senior Account Manager in 2019 and Regional Development Manager in 2022, he now leads the Birmingham office, overseeing day-to-day operations, team development and business performance. Liam combines over two decades of insurance experience with specialist knowledge of commercial and Jewellers' Block insurance to support clients across the region.
Kety has over 30 years' experience in the insurance industry, joining TH March's London office in 2005 as an Account Handler after spending 13 years with a general insurance broker. She progressed to Account Executive in 2012 before becoming Regional Development Manager in 2023. Throughout her career with TH March, Kety has built strong expertise in commercial and Jewellers' Block insurance, leading the London team while delivering trusted advice and long-term support to clients.
ACII
Roddy has more than 22 years' experience with TH March and is responsible for supporting clients across Scotland and Northern Ireland. He holds a BA in Risk Management, is ACII qualified and is a member of both the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and the Association of Insurance Surveyors (AiS). Roddy works with clients ranging from home-based jewellery businesses to some of the UK's largest retailers, providing specialist advice on Jewellers' Block insurance, security surveys and associated covers including cyber, management liability, engineering, goods in transit and property insurance, while also supporting complex claims.
Peter began his insurance career at the age of 16 as an office junior before gaining experience in claims and high-net-worth insurance. He joined TH March in 2013 and has since developed extensive expertise in commercial and Jewellers' Block insurance, supporting clients across the North of England. As Regional Development Manager for the Manchester office, Peter combines decades of industry experience with a practical, client-focused approach to delivering specialist insurance advice and long-term relationships.
