The March Star Award acknowledges and recognises staff for their hard work, going above and beyond and for fulfilling the TH March Values.
James Sweeney, Senior Account Manager, Sevenoaks (based in the National Service Centre)
James joined THM in November 1999 as an Administrative Assistant in the Commercial Insurances Department. He quickly progressed to an Account Handler role and in 2008 James was promoted to an Account Executive. In 2009 James relocated from Plymouth to Sevenoaks and in 2015 was promoted to Senior Account Manager.
In 2019 James and his family relocated back to Plymouth to be with family but James still services clients across the UK.
James enjoys family adventures, cooking, camping and clay shooting. Congratulations James!

Sarah Bridgeman, Personal Insurances – Household Team Trainer, National Service Centre
Sarah joined TH March in February 2014 as Personal Insurances Account Handler. Recently, Sarah has been promoted to Trainer within the Household Team.
She is Cert CII qualified and this is the first time she has won the March Star Award. ⭐ Well done Sarah!
She enjoys spending time with her family, watching trashy TV and chocolate. ????Congratulations!
