Steve joined THM in February 1998, was made Associate Director in 2019 and became Regional Director in 2021.
He also became Dip CII qualified in July 2021.
This is the second time Steve has won a March Star Award!

Caroline joined THM in July 2023 and became Cert CII qualified in November 2024.
She enjoys spending time with her five children and seven grandchildren, and also enjoys meeting up with friends, going to a local cinema and reading.
Caroline has a twelve month old Golden Retriever puppy named Albi, whose training is an ongoing process.
This is the first time Caroline has won the March Star Award!
