March Stars Awards from TH March, recognising the people and achievements that make our employee-owned business special.
Joe joined THM in October 2024, within the Sevenoaks Office, and quickly became Cert CII qualified in June 2025.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys country walks (especially to a pub!), going to gigs and following Arsenal.
This is the first time he has won a March Star Award. Congratulations Joe!

Val joined the Home & Private Collections Insurance Team in December 2023 and very quickly achieved the Certificate in Insurance qualification.
Val said, “I’m very much looking forward to my upcoming holiday and welcoming my first grandchild not too long after we return – exciting few months ahead. I really appreciate everyone’s kind words – they do mean the world to me.”
