Venetia joined THM in July 2002 as a Filing Clerk. Over the past 22 years she has had experience within the Personal Insurances department, the Claims Team and has progressed to Assistant Manager within the Commercial Insurances department. V is Cert CII qualified, a First Aider and a Wellbeing Committee founder and member. ????
She enjoys spending time with her all her animals. This is the second time Venetia has won the March Star Award ⭐⭐ Congratulations Venetia!

Alex joined THM in November 2019 with previous Broking Assistant experience. Alex has completed the Certificate in Insurance qualification in October 2021 and is now studying towards the Diploma!
