Charlotte Rich, Personal Insurances Account Handler, Household Team, National Service Centre
Charlotte joined THM in February 2024. She was new to the world of insurance and is doing a fantastic job increasing her Household Insurance knowledge. She is currently studying with the Open University for a degree in Accounting & Finance and then plans to work towards the Certificate in Insurance.
Charlotte likes to cook, walking and reading. This is the first time Charlotte has won the March Star Award! Congratulations Charlotte!
