The March Star Awards acknowledge and recognise staff for their hard work, going above and beyond and for fulfilling the TH March Values.
Gina joined the TH March Household Insurances Team in February 2022. She is Cert CII qualified and this is the second time she has been awarded the March Star Award!
Gina enjoys spending time with her family especially weekends at their caravan and going on holidays.

Megan joined THM in May 2022 as a Personal Insurances Account Handler. After demonstrating exceptional qualities and understanding for our March Plus product and services, Megan was promoted to become a Trainer in April 2024.
Megan is Cert CII qualified and this is the second time she has been recognised by her colleagues for the March Star Award!
Megan enjoys gong on walks, spending time with her family and friends and decorating her new house!

Emily joined THM as an Apprentice in September 2017. She quickly completed her Apprenticeship in Business Admin Level 2 and in 2018 won the Plymouth & Cornwall Insurance Institute Young Achiever Award!
In October 2021 Emily was promoted to Team Leader and for 3 years she supported and led a Team of 10+ Account Handlers. Emily joined the HR Team in February 2024 and now provides advice and support to all THM colleagues companywide as HR Officer.
She is Dip CII qualified and has just completed the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development Level 3 qualification!
This is the fifth time Emily has been recognised for the March Star Award!
Emily enjoys going paddle boarding, spending time at the beach with her partner and new puppy Nala!
