Ellie joined THM in April 2023 as a Personal Insurances Account Handler and quickly achieved the Certificate in Insurance qualification. She then joined the Claims Team in February 2025 and takes pride in helping clients when they need support most and enjoys being part of a fast-paced and dedicated team. Outside of work, Ellie enjoys looking after her allotment and heading off on camping trips in her campervan to enjoy the great outdoors. 🌻🏕️

Olli joined THM as a Claims Handler in November 2020. He achieved the Certificate in Insurance qualification in January 2022 and was appointed as our Compliance Officer In October 2023.
Outside of work, you will usually find Olli enjoying a good coffee, spending time in nature or exploring different cultures through travel. ☕
