The March Star Awards were created in 2016 as a recognition tool to enable colleagues across the Company to say thank you and well done to each other.
Over the years, the March Star Award style has changed, but the sentiment behind them remains the same – a well done, voted by colleagues for colleagues for fulfilling TH March values, these being:
Jenny, Personal Assistant at the National Service Centre in Yelverton was voted March Star twice in 2025, in both August and November – proving her commitment to her role and her peers. Not only this, but it is her 12th time being voted overall!
