Madi joined THM in October 2024, within the Sevenoaks Office, and she became Cert CII qualified in March 2026. 🧑🎓

Venetia joined THM in July 2002 as a Filing Clerk. She has had experience within the Personal Insurances department, the Claims Team and progressed to Assistant Manager within the Commercial Insurances department in 2014 and then Manager in October 2025.She is Cert CII qualified, a First Aider and a Wellbeing Committee Founder and member.
