Steve joined THM in February 1998 and was appointed as an Associate Director in 2019. In 2021 he was promoted to Regional Director – Broking and is part of the TH March Senior Leadership Team.Steve became Dip CII qualified in July 2021. 🧑🎓When not at THM you will find Steve on the Golf course or Roots Hall – the home of Southend United! ⚽

Kym joined THM in July 2018 and completed the Certificate in Insurance qualification in September 2019!
In 2024 Kym was awarded the Plymouth & Cornwall Insurance Institute Achiever of the Year Award and in 2025 won the Industry Advocate Award! 🎉
Kym was promoted to Supervisor in the Personal Insurances Team in January 2025.
She enjoys gaming 🎮, gardening 🌷 and spending time with close friends.
