TH March are proud to announce they have gained some great recognition throughout 2020 and recently made Insurance Business UK (IBUK) Top Insurance Workplaces.
For the first time ever, Insurance Business UK polled insurance professionals across the country to uncover the industry’s best places to work and asked them to rate their employers’ performance on everything from compensation and benefits to diversity, employee development and culture. Only organisations that achieved an 80% or greater average satisfaction rating from employees were named a Top Insurance Workplace.

The process to become a Top Insurance Workplace encompassed two phases including an anonymous survey which comprised 38 questions about what employees look for when choosing employment and how this compares to what the company provides.
