TH March is proud to announce that it has achieved Silver Accreditation from NeuroKind, recognising the company’s commitment to building a neuroinclusive workplace where every colleague can thrive.

NeuroKind’s workplace accreditation and assessment framework helps organisations embed neuroinclusion into everyday working life. The assessment evaluated TH March across four key areas:

• Communication

• Environment

• Workplace Best Practice

• HR, Onboarding & Training

The accreditation reflects the progress TH March has made in fostering a workplace where neurodivergent colleagues feel supported, understood and empowered to succeed. This includes the launch of the company’s DEIB Forum (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging), the development of a more inclusive communication framework, raising awareness and the continued evolution of workplace policies and practices.

As an Employee Ownership Trust, TH March places its people at the heart of the business, making investment in an inclusive and supportive culture a natural extension of its employee-owned values.

Jo Morgan, Regional Director – HR at TH March, said:

“Achieving Silver with NeuroKind is a fantastic milestone for TH March, but it’s really just the start. This accreditation reflects the genuine commitment of our HR Team and DEIB Forum to building a workplace where every colleague feels understood and supported. As an Employee Ownership Trust, our people are at the heart of everything we do, so getting this right matters to us more than most. We’re already looking ahead to Gold, and we’ll keep listening to feedback from our people to make sure we’re continuing to improve.”

Jamie Wallis, Founder of NeuroKind, said:

We created NeuroKind to be an uncomplicated way for companies to add neuroinclusion into their workforce’s daily life. Judging by the results of TH March’s NeuroKind workplace assessment, it is clear they are a company who are doing just that. From creating their own DEIB Forum to their evolving communication framework and progressive workplace policies, we are proud to have TH March as an accredited member of NeuroKind and look forward to seeing how the trusted insurance experts continue to thrive.”

A colleague who has benefited from TH March’s neuroinclusion initiatives said:

“Before speaking to my manager, I knew very little about neurodiversity and had never considered that it could explain some of the challenges I was experiencing. I knew I was struggling, but I didn’t understand why, and it was affecting both my wellbeing and my confidence.

My manager encouraged me to explore the possibility further, and with support from HR and a colleague who had been through a similar experience, I felt able to take that first step towards seeking a diagnosis. Looking back, that conversation changed the direction of my life.

Since then, I’ve felt genuinely supported by TH March. I’ve been able to have open conversations about what helps me work at my best, with understanding, flexibility and practical support rather than judgement. That has made an enormous difference, not only in helping me better understand myself, but also in giving me the confidence to ask for support when I need it.

I’m proud to work for an organisation that recognises the value of neurodiversity and is committed to creating an environment where everyone feels understood, supported and able to thrive. If sharing my experience encourages just one person to start that conversation, it will have been worthwhile.”

This is the first time TH March has undertaken the NeuroKind assessment, and the business is already using the detailed feedback to help shape its journey towards Gold Accreditation, continuing to strengthen its commitment to neuroinclusion and ensuring every colleague has the opportunity to succeed.
